Meet Bob Potochniak

BPWelcome.

As of 2009, I have been married to my wife, Pat, for 20 years. We have lived in our Endwell home for 19 years, where we have raised three children. While I grew up in Endwell (UE Schools), Pat is originally from Vestal.

I began my career in real estate in 1983 as a salesperson with a local real estate agency. After two years of hard work and dedication assisting sellers and buyers with their real estate needs, I successfully completed New York State business and educational requirements for Real Estate Brokers and passed the New York State Real Estate Brokers exam. Upon receiving my Brokers license, I opened an independent real estate firm in Endicott and  later in Vestal.

After a few years away from the profession to pursue other activities, I renewed my commitment to real estate and I am now an Associate Broker with Trevitt Realtors.

My college education is in Business and Industrial Design.

Community Involvement

As a life long resident of Endwell, I am very proud of my community and have been involved with various local community and youth programs.

My involvement with youth activities began during the 1980's as a Den Leader with a Cub Scout pack located in the Stair Tract of Vestal. During that same period of time, I became  involved with Vestal Youth Baseball. Several years later, I became involved with the Town of Union youth programs where I coached T-Ball for several years.

As our children grew I continued to volunteer my time with youth sports and I became involved with the Union Aquatic Club (UNAC - a competitive swim club), Endwell Baseball (Little League and Teeners) and also assisted with girls softball in Endicott. I have also volunteered my time to help at school swim meets and many other community activities throughout the year.
